Boarding Barn
We offer a 20 stall barn with 10X11.5" cinder block stalls with windows. Wide aisleways, cross ties, multiple tack rooms and a limited number of tack lockers, and two wash stalls with hot water. We also offer ample parking, trailer parking, heated and cooled RESTROOM, and on-site management.
Arenas
We offer a 120 X 210ft outdoor lighted and fenced sand arena that offers easy access to several practice obstacles such as bridges, pedestals, spinners, mailbox, step-ups, and more!
A beautiful, lighted 60 X 120ft indoor arena.
A 42' round pen with good footing is also available for use.
Pastures
We have multiple grass pastures with electric and smooth wire fencing. Trees and/or shelter are available in each pasture. Private turn-out is available as well as two dry-lots. Easy access to clean water at all times. Safety is key in our minds when it comes to your horse. We check fence lines, connections, gates, and fields regularly.
General Barn Rules

Absolutely no smoking on the premises!

Riders under 18 years old must wear a helmet

ANY rider who is jumping must wear a helmet

No one under 16 yrs old may ride without supervision

No riding, horse-play or unsafe behavior in the barn or aisles

Clean up after your horse’s mess in the aisle ways, arenas, and grooming stalls

Do not tie horses wood fences or railings

Do not feed a horse that is not your own

Well behaved dogs are allowed but must be leashed and controlled at all times. (No dogs in the arenas)

If you opened it, close it!

Put away any training tools you use (jumps, barrels, whips, etc.). Leave it the way you found it.

No halters on horses who are turned out unless they are break-away

Please turn off lights if you are the last to leave
Barn hours are 7am to 9pm
Want more time with a horse but not ready to buy? A lease may be the right choice.
A lease is where you are given permission to use/ride/spend time with a horse but are not the legal owner. An on-site lease is where you lease the horse from where it is currently located. An off-site lease is where you can bring the horse to your place of choice (here) from another barn/home. Off-site leases are much less common and typically only offered on very expensive horses (but you never know). Either should include a contract to specifically list out what is included and what is not. This protects both parties so that you know what you will and can be charged for and what you are not responsible for.
We do occasionally offer a half-lease on our lesson horses. It is very subject to availability and is month-to-month only. For a half-lease, you have access to the horse on designated days (typically your lesson day(s)). If you are half-leasing a horse, you pay for lessons as if you own the horse (lower rates).
